Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of my website, products, and services. By accessing or using my services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Your use of my services is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or features. By accessing my website, services, products and contacting me, you acknowledge and accept my TOS.

COPYRIGHT

• Removal of the copyright logo and/or its contents is extremely prohibited. If you want to remove copyright marks, an additional fee will be discussed beforehand.

• Do not crop, edit, manipulate or remove any watermark on any commission.

CREDITS

• Please credit me in your bio, description, website, and/or posts when using my work. Use @reiseractual or link my website/beacons socials.

GENERAL​

• I reserve the right to decline any commission.

• Before I start the commission, you, the client, must supply any necessary information and references.

• I do not provide the editable files of my work.

• By choosing to work with me, you need to understand that if you want quality work, it will take some time. Any piece of service or product that you commission may take anywhere from days to months based on complexity and waitlist.

• No pressuring/back-seating. Do not request for deadlines or put stress on me while I work. If you want it to be finished ASAP, request and pay for the prioritization of your commission.

• For priority commissions, you must contact me and apply for a request, your commission will be prioritized and will be completed before any other non-prioritized commissions.

• I will not replicate work from another artist.

• I reserve the right to edit, post, promote any commissions and use it in my portfolio and/or posts.

• I reserve the right to post the progress and the final output of any commission. If you want your commissions to be private, it will cost twice of the total amount.

• You will receive updates via social media links, videos or images.

• One complimentary revision will be provided for 2D Model commissions. Every piece of additional work will cost extra depending on time taken to complete.

• Errors that I may have made due to incorrect color selection, overlooked design elements, etc., can be rectified and will not incur any additional fees.

• Unless otherwise agreed, commissioned work may not be sold or redistributed for profit.

• Once the commission is finalized with the client, all additional or remaining payments will be settled, and the final product will be sent to you via a WeTransfer link.

• You, the client, will be required and asked to provide client testimonials and proof of commission/transaction.

• I will no longer accept additional request, corrections or revisions after 1 WEEK of finishing your commission.

PAYMENT

• Two Payment Options:

Option A - Partial Payment: 50% payment upfront, and the remaining 50% will be paid after the completion of the respective commission.

Option B - Full Payment: 100% Payment upfront for 2D Model Displays/Layout and Video Editing Services.

• PayPal invoices will be used to settle payments. There will be a 12% transaction fee on the invoice, which would also be paid for in full by the client.

• Once finished, the file/s will be transferred to the client via a WeTransfer link/Drive Link.

• Strictly NO refunds.
